Watch the Detroit Thanksgiving Day parade, 10 am
Watch or attend the Detroit Lions vs Green Bay Packers football game, 1pm GO LIONS!!!!
Have kids color a turkey for a few minutes of quiet 🙂 here’s a printable!
FRIDAY
Visit the alpacas, take a tour and shop at the Great Valley Longnecks Holiday Open House!

Attend the Mason Holiday Lighted Parade and Tree Lighting in Downtown Mason

Get in the Christmas spirit and visit Potter Park Zoo for Wonderland of Lights, and make sure you stop by CADL to check out a family pass for free entry! Open Thursday thru Sunday starting November 22

Attend The Nutcracker by Children’s Ballet Theatre and keep the Christmas spirit going, shows on Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Heading out to do some Black Friday Christmas shopping? Find Strolling Santa Friday 1-3pm at Eastwood Towne Center!
Sign up for an Open Glass or Taste of Clay workshop at Art Unlimited!
SATURDAY

Put on your PJs and bring a blanket to watch Polar Express at Eaton Theatre in Charlotte, FREE admission! Santa and Mrs Claus will also be visiting from 11-12pm!

Catch a thrilling new mystery and attend A Sherlock Carol at Williamston Theatre! Click the link for a variety of times over the long weekend. Recommended for ages 10 and up.

SUNDAY

Bundle up and get some fresh air at the universally accessible playground, PLAY Michigan!
Take the night off from cooking and visit a local restaurant. On Sundays, KIDS EAT FREE or at a discounted rate at several area restaurants!

Meet up with a friend to explore one of the many nature, walking, or biking trails in Greater Lansing, and then treat yourself to a coffee at one of the many local coffee spots, peppermint mocha, YES, please!
