20+ simple ideas for tech free fun
There are all sorts of ideas out there to enjoy the summer and instead of some sort of a lot of planning, the kids came up with a few ideas we could do without much extra effort.
AND…. unbeknownst to them, they just made a list of things to do the next time they say, “we are bored and have nothing to do…” 😊
Go for a bike ride
Walk your dog
Fly a kite
Play Frisbee or catch
Jump rope
Get out the hose and or sprinkler and have some water fun (or go swimming)
Get ice cream
Swing
Chase fire files
Draw what you see – take a seat, and draw what is literally right in front of you
Grab a book, a blanket and find some shade – this also may turn into a nap 🙂
Fill then toss water balloons
Hopscotch
Paint rocks
Play hide and seek
Build a fort
Bird watch (or we call it spying)
Stargaze
Find a flashlight and explore the yard at night
Look for clouds
Go for a walk
Set up a lemonade stand
Make an obstacle course in the driveway
Roll down a hill
