Tacos & Tie Dye at the Fledge

This event is free for families living in Lansing, hosted by The Fledge Foundation. It is limited to 100 participants (form will become unavailable when number is reached). Although many families have more than 5 members, no more than 5 members per family will be accepted so that multiple families or individuals have a chance to participate. Please be respectful of this request.
We’ll have all the supplies available for free! Plus some tacos.

Fill out the form to secure your spot! You MUST be registered to collect your supplies.
You must list all family member names and their shirt size on question # 4.

YOU WILL RECEIVE CONFIRMATION if your registration is accepted via EMAIL from The Fledge Foundation, so please make sure to share one you use and check regularly.
If I do not receive a response to your confirmation email, you will NOT be counted and shirts will not be ordered for you. This request is non-negotiable. You MUST respond to the email in order to receive shirts.
If you are able, please bring one food or hygiene item per family member attending to donate to the Fledge Free Pantry.
