Kids have fun with fitness in the Kids Running club!🧒👧
Playmakers has partnered with @meridiantownship & the City of Lansing Parks and Recreation to bring you this unique fitness opportunity for children in 3rd-6th grades. The Kids Running Club promotes fun, healthy, active lifestyles and prepares them for other athletic activities.
This program is 4 weeks long. Participants will receive coaching from certified Playmakers staff during 8 total sessions that will end with a Fun Run Finale!
In this program they will learn Good Form Running practices and dynamic warm-up techniques.
