GLAM JAM Summer Kickoff + Free Community Workout! 
We’re kicking off summer in a fun and active way, and you’re invited!
Join barre3 East Lansing at 12 PM for a FREE outdoor barre3 Signature class at Valley Court Park. This 45-minute class combines strength, cardio and mindfulness, and is designed for all fitness levels!
Bring:
Water
Yoga mat or towel
A friend or two!

Then head to Albert Ave for GLAM Jam Summer Kickoff, a free, family-friendly event featuring:

Live music
Bounce houses, face painting + balloon artist
Visits from Sparty, Zeke the Wonderdog, princesses
…and so much more!
