Edible Wild Plants Walk at Fenner Nature Center

Join Peter Carrington, Curator of the W. J. Beal Botanical Garden at MSU on a spring edible plant walking tour of the Harris Nature Center. We will be looking at and identifying numerous edible plant resources common throughout the Midwest. We will also be taking note of poisonous look-a-likes and how to prepare wild foods.
