Earth Week Open House!
Wednesday April 24 | 5:30pm – 7pm | All Ages
During our Open House kids can learn from WORMS, nature’s recyclers at a “Worm Farm” presented by Eaton County
Resource Recovery, see how water moves through our ecosystem using the hands-on EnviroScape water display from
the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services, and learn fascinating facts “hands-on” about local wildlife from
Eaton County Parks. Kids can make some fun “earth friendly” crafts too! Stop by the library for free seed giveaways and
information on other green initiatives in our community! While supplies last. Kids who registered for a Free Tree
seedling from our partner Neighborhood Forest will be notified when the trees are ready for pickup.
