Each year ePIFanyNow™ organizes a large group of people to come together and celebrate the power of kindness. The mission of ePIFanyNow™ is to create a revolution of positive transformational experiences through exponential acts of kindness.
ePIFanyNow™ brings the Lansing community together to celebrate a Day of Kindness! For one week in May, kindness will take center stage across Mid-
Michigan as volunteers, nonprofits, businesses, and community members come together for the annual ePIFanyNow™ Week of Kindness taking place Monday, May 11 through Friday, May 15, 2026
Now celebrating 17 years of spreading kindness and community connection, the ePIFanyNow™ Week of Kindness creates meaningful opportunities for people to give back while shining a light on nonprofit organizations making a difference throughout Mid-Michigan. The week will conclude with the public Day of Kindness Celebration on Friday, May 15 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at MSUFCU Headquarters #2 in East Lansing. The free event will bring together nonprofits, volunteers, community leaders, and residents for an evening focused on kindness, connection, storytelling, and celebrating people making a difference throughout Mid- Michigan.
During the week, five nonprofit organizations will be highlighted through volunteer-driven projects designed to strengthen the community, raise awareness for important causes, and inspire others to get involved. Projects may include hands-on service activities, nonprofit improvement projects, community outreach efforts, and opportunities for the public to directly support participating organizations.
This year’s participating nonprofit partners include:
• CASA for Kids, Inc. Barry, Eaton & Ingham Counties
• Big Brothers Big Sisters Michigan Capital Region
• Tri County Office on Aging
• Hospice of Lansing
• Positive Somebody
Each organization will receive community support, volunteer engagement, and increased public visibility throughout the week through community storytelling, social media, and local media coverage.
