GLAMoms has done the work and found all sorts of FUN and a few spooky, local Halloween activities! Get your Halloween costumes ready and cue the Halloween festivities! We are so excited about all of these family friendly activities and events happening now thru October 31st-many require pre-registration, so don’t wait to sign up. BestMaze Corn Maze

Tickets $7/person cash only, 4 and under free.
Laugh in the corn maze or scream on the separate Trail of Terror.

Ingham County FairGrounds

Stroll through 5000 hand carved pumpkins in various themes like Dinosaurs, Carnival and Under the Sea!

Amazing Halloween Display

The display we shared at Christmas has now been transformed to Halloween. It is truly a sight to see! From the owner, Cheryl Underwood, “Viewing every night from the onset of darkness to the bewitching hour of 10 pm. Goulish appearances from the King and Queen of Darkness every Friday and Saturday night!” 🧙‍♀️🎃👻

Come and Trick or Treat around the pond at Sharp Park. $1.00/child, cash only, please bring your own bag.

Not-So-Spooky Halloween Party
Launch Trampoline Park
October 20th, 10-12p
$20 per participant
Includes 2 hrs of jumping, socks, Halloween crafts and a Halloween themed snack.
Join Lansing Area Littles and Launch Trampoline Park- Dress your kids in their costumes and come jump!
There will be a Halloween craft, snack and a costume contest!

Flashlight Pumpkin Hunt

Games, goody bags, snacks and cider, and a nighttime (plastic) pumpkin hunt. Be sure to bring a flashlight!

Haunted Halloween Tour
Valley Farms Community Center, Lansing
Oct 22nd, 7pm, $45
Depart from the Valley Farms Community Center and make stops at area haunted houses. The bus will return at midnight.

Every Friday and Saturday in October, 7:30pm, $18/ticket

Great Pumpkin Walk
Downtown East Lansing
Oct 24th 1-4pm, free
Families can bring their costumed children to downtown East Lansing to trick-or-treat with participating downtown businesses. There will also be live entertainment, pumpkin painting and superheroes and princesses handing out candy and available for photo ops throughout the downtown thanks to volunteers from MSU Royal Encounters! The event is free and open to the public.

How-to Halloween
Lansing Center

How-to Halloween is a family-friendly festival that celebrates creativity, imagination and the innovative spirit by showcasing an exhibit hall packed with theatrical displays, interactive games, unique vendors and amazing entertainment. Costumes encouraged! 

11th Annual Downtown Zombie Walk
Lansing Center to Capitol
Oct 30th, $5
A ticket is required for and participants who bring a nonperishable food donation for the Greater Lansing Food Bank will be entered in a prize drawing.

Howloween
Preuss Pets
Oct 29th, 4pm
Join Preuss Pets to pick up a map and then take your dog around Old Town for treats at over 20 locations! Enjoy a photo shoot at Preuss Pets where you can enter your adorned pooch into the annual costume contest. Prizes for top 3 costumes.

Get ready for an event full of colors, costumes, candy, and more! Gather the family, put on your best Halloween getup, and join us for this seasonal stroll through Potter Park. Beautiful autumn colors and decor will accompany you as you visit all of your favorite animals.Fall Zoo-tacular will also include: activities provided by community partners and candy station straw maze.

Glow Ziplining

Pre-Registration required!Soar through the night sky on our thrilling zip line! Stretching 500ft across and 20ft high off the ground, our zip line passes over a glacially formed pond. Glow sticks, neon face paint and a festive treat are included!

Zombie Escape!
Howell Nature Center
Oct 10th and 17th, 5:00-6:30pm  $45
Pre-Registration required.
Zombies are taking over the Nature Center! Test your skills at the archery field, practice basic survival skills with fire and shelter building, and make your ESCAPE fleeing down a 500 ft zip line!  Will you survive?

Trick or Truck Halloween Event
Royal Scot Golf & Bowl
Oct 23rd, 1-4pm
Dress up your kiddos and bring them out for the 2nd annual Trick or Truck Halloween Event!
Haunted golf cart trick or treats, costume contest, games, music, food & more.

Accessible Trick or Treat
Valley Farms Community Center
Oct 24th, 4:00-5:15pm
Everyone deserves the chance to trick or treat! This special event is for children with a disability or medical condition that keeps them from going door to door this Halloween season. Children and their families are welcome to attend this event and trick or treat around the Valley Farms Community Center. MSU athletes will be in attendance to hand out candy. Enjoy a snack before or after trick or treating. Come in full costume and enjoy an evening of lighthearted fun! (No masks or scary costumes please.)

ArachnoBROADia!
MSU Broad Museum
Oct 31st , 1-4pm
A spooky afternoon of eight-legged fun for all ages inspired by artwork from the collection of the MSU Broad Art Museum! Get creative with creepy crafts and learn more about your favorite crawly creatures with our friends from the MSU Bug House. All ages are welcome. Registration for this free event is required.
