Grand Rapids Art Museum open Tuesday,Thursday and Saturdays, 5,000 works of art, including American and European 19th and 20th century painting and sculpture and more than 3,000 works on paper.

Gilmore Car Museum 90-acre historic campus midway between Detroit and Chicago. It’s North America’s Largest Auto Museum. And the ultimate experience for everyone in your family.

Kalamazoo Nature Center Over 14 miles of hiking trails wind through some of the most special habitats in Michigan.

Kellogg Bird Sanctuary paved, ¾ mile accessible trail to Wintergreen Lake to see hundreds of waterfowl in their natural habitat. Open all seasons.

FRANKENMUTH, MIDLAND AND SAGINAW

Dow Gardens One of our favorites is Dow Gardens in Midland, it is the nation’s longest canopy walk through the trees, a ¼ mile long! It is beautiful in every season!

Bronner’s Christmas Wonderland -Frankenmuth, World’s largest Christmas store. Bronner’s amazing store is the size of 1 1/2 football fields.

Chippewa Nature Center Midland, 19 miles of walking trails, learn about taping a tree for maple syrup and snowshoeing in the winter. They also offer nature programs for children and birthday parties!

Mid-Michigan Children’s Museum– Saginaw, open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Explore, learn new things, and have fun! Designed for children birth to 10 years old.

Plymouth Park Midland, Plymouth Park is known for the Fun Zone- a 6,000 square foot wooden community-built playground.

Saginaw Art Museum Saginaw, open Wednesday-Friday 12-5pm, charming local museum with a diverse collection of fine art, sculpture & photographs.

Birch Run Outlets Birch Run, the largest outlet mall in the Midwestern United States. Lots of options for everyone in your family!

Zehnders of Frankenmuth the FAMOUS chicken dinner that is served family style, a tradition that began 160 years ago! Once your’re done exploring, this is the perfect place to end your adventure.

Fun for the whole family at the IQhub. 
IQhub is located at the AgroLiquid Headquarters. There are activities for everyone from the young to the young at heart. There are twenty-four museum quality exhibits to explore, a tractor simulator to test your planting skills and a Kids’ Korner for the young ones in the family.

The Michigan History Museum offers a walk through Michigan’s past, from the time of the state’s earliest peoples to the late 20th century.

Adults $8, Seniors (65+) $6, Youth (6-17) $4, Children 5 and under are free. Admission is free to all on Sundays.

MSU Museum 409 W. Circle Drive, East Lansing 
Onsite Michigan State University; frequently added exhibitions, many that focus on Michigan focused collections, the Great Lakes, and the world beyond.
