A journey is just as meaningful as its end destination — and the artistic process is often a fundamental component of the art itself.For her exhibition, “Curiosities,” Sally Rose’s art practice was driven by questions and endless what-ifs. By experimenting with a variety of materials and sculptural form, every end product of her handmade paper is unique. No two pieces are alike, each sparking their own questions and curiosities. Together, Sally’s works bring to light her stunning attention to detail and craft, and inspire viewers to question the symbiotic relationship between process and product.

This exhibition will be on display at Nelson Gallery through June 30, 2023. An opening reception will be held on May 11 from 5 – 7 p.m.
