Take part in a fun and relaxing community coloring project! Gather with others and unwind before the week ahead. We will have two poster size coloring prints available for group coloring.
Adults of all ages can benefit from coloring activities which promote stress reduction, mindfulness, and help support motor skills in older adults. Including stress reducing activities in your daily routine can help you sleep and focus better.
Grab a packet of tea or coffee (hot water dispenser located by the printer) and unwind before the week ahead!
